What is Humulen?
Humulen ist ein Sesquiterpen und namensgebend für den Hopfen (Humulus lupulus). Es tritt fast immer gemeinsam mit Caryophyllen auf — beide sind chemisch eng verwandt, Humulen ist ein Ringisomer.
